Poker nights at Late Call Kitchen are organised solely for social recreation and entertainment as part of our restaurant experience. All poker activities are strictly offline and conducted in-venue only. No gambling, wagering, betting, real-money stakes, cash prizes or gambling services of any kind are offered, promoted or facilitated.

Participation in poker nights is optional and open to eligible guests who agree to engage in a friendly, inclusive and respectful manner. The structure, format and house rules of each poker night are set by Late Call Kitchen and may be adjusted at our discretion to maintain a relaxed and social environment.

By joining an offline poker night, you acknowledge and agree that the activity is for entertainment purposes only, and that no financial gain, gambling benefit or betting outcome is associated with participation.

5. Private Event Bookings

Private events, including but not limited to birthday celebrations, corporate dinners, team-building nights, family gatherings and exclusive venue hire, require advance booking and confirmation from Late Call Kitchen. Event details such as menus, capacities, minimum spend and inclusions will be agreed with you during the booking process.

We may request a deposit, prepayment or valid card guarantee to secure a private event. Any deposit or cancellation terms, including deadlines and applicable charges, will be communicated to you at the time of booking. By confirming a private event, you accept the relevant deposit and cancellation conditions.

It is your responsibility as the organiser to provide accurate guest numbers and any special requirements within the agreed timeframes, and to ensure that your group complies with these Terms and Conditions while at the venue.

6. Behaviour and Safety

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, considerate and safe manner towards our staff, other patrons and the venue itself. Aggressive, discriminatory, unsafe or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Late Call Kitchen reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, deny entry or request that a guest or group leave the premises where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive or in breach of venue policy or applicable law. This may occur without refund of any prepayments, deposits or minimum spends.

Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the venue, furnishings, fixtures or equipment. We may seek reimbursement for repair or replacement costs arising from such damage.
